Common questions

What counts as a "scraped company"?

Each unique business row inserted or updated in your CRM. Re-scraping the same row counts once per month, not every cycle.

Will my numbers get banned?

We don't run WhatsApp / cold-call automation. We only collect public data from business directories. Your phone number is never used to send anything.

Can I bring my own proxies?

Yes — Growth and Scale plans accept your proxy URL via env. Per-source proxy support is built in (`SCHED_PROXY_GOOGLE_MAPS=...`).

What about data privacy?

Each tenant is isolated by mobile number. Customer A cannot see Customer B's rows — even if they scraped the same business. Admin sees aggregate counts only.

Do you offer refunds?

Pro-rated refund within the first 14 days, no questions asked.
